Duties

• Serve as prospective clients' first point of contact, providing empathetic and professional communication.

• Guided clients through the legal intake process and answered case-related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client information and case documentation.
• Collaborate with the legal team to streamline case onboarding and management.

Requirements

• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.
• Proficiency in legal case management software and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client trust.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work setting.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Nevada (mandatory).
