Duties:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of employment-based immigration matters, including labor certifications, EB-1 petitions, nonimmigrant visa petitions, and J-1 waiver applications.

  • Draft and review legal documents, including petitions, applications, and supporting evidence.

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
  • Represent clients in interactions with government agencies and during proceedings as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

  • 3-10 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong focus on employment-based cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of cases effectively and efficiently.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
  • Proven client service skills, with a track record of successful client interactions and satisfaction.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach to client service and case management.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
