Duties:

• Manage all aspects of product liability litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for depositions, and briefing complex motions.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to handle diverse legal matters.
• Worked on case investigations, brief writing, trial preparation, and appellate advocacy.
• Take ownership of client service, ensuring high standards of communication and legal representation.
• Assist in litigation matters across various U.S. jurisdictions.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience, with exposure to product liability cases preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal matters with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A proactive approach to managing multiple cases and deadlines.
• An active North Carolina bar license is required.
• Interest in working on national litigation matters.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active North Carolina Bar membership is required.
