Duties:

• Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery documents.
• Draft motions and other legal filings.
• Review and analyze medical records and other case-related documents.
• Prepare for court appearances, including depositions and hearings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to manage case files and litigation strategy.
• Engage in legal research and writing to support case development.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York Bar (required).
• 1-3 years of experience in personal injury defense or civil litigation (ideal).
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Newly admitted attorneys or recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
