A law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with 1 or more years of experience in transactional law. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate, corporate, finance, or a combination of these practices, and will be responsible for managing client interactions and transactional matters.

Duties:

  • Handle various transactional law matters, including real estate, corporate, and finance transactions.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence and assist in the negotiation and structuring of transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the transactional process.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed legal counsel.

Requirements:

  • 1 or more years of experience in transactional law, with experience in real estate, corporate, finance, or a combination of these areas.
  • Hands-on experience dealing directly with clients.
  • Strong understanding of transactional practices and procedures.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills.

Certifications:

  • Admission to and in good standing with a State Bar (required).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to transactions.
  • Strong client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and structure complex transactions.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with real estate, corporate, and finance law.
