  • Assist in litigation by preparing evidence, arguments, and trial strategies.

  • Stay informed about updates to legislation and case law that impact real estate and land use practice areas.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar License in Virginia.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in legal drafting and research; familiarity with Lexis-Nexis preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment while independently managing a caseload.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
