Job Details

Duties:

  • Provide national and international trademark counseling and prosecution.
  • Manage trademark licensing and enforcement.
  • Handle copyright ownership, registration, licensing, and enforcement.
  • Draft and negotiate endorsement contracts and advertising law matters.
  • Draft and negotiate option and production agreements.
  • Oversee technology development, ownership, and licensing transactions.
  • Advise clients on legal strategies related to intellectual property.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex IP issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement IP protection strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments in intellectual property law.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in the transactional aspects of trademark, copyright, technology, and entertainment law.
  • Experience in national and international trademark counseling and prosecution.
  • Proven ability in licensing and enforcement of trademarks and copyrights.
  • Substantial experience with endorsement contracts and advertising law.
  • Knowledge of option and production agreements.
  • Experience in technology development, ownership, and licensing transactions.
