Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and support in a wide range of project finance, energy, and infrastructure transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to project financing and energy investments.
• Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, and legal research on various projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external parties to ensure successful project execution.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation strategies in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of innovative financing structures.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project finance, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, or private equity.
• Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Previous experience at a top-tier law firm is preferred.
• Admission to the New York State Bar (active and in good standing).
