A law firm in Tulsa, OK, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the principal contact between the firm and its clients, providing exceptional legal representation and case management.

Duties:

  • Meet with clients to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the firm and its clients.
  • Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and address any concerns.
  • Develop and implement case strategies to drive cases to milestones and timely resolution.
  • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, meetings, hearings, and trials.
  • Approve and file final court documents under signature.
  • Assist in managing team members, providing guidance, and resolving issues to ensure successful case closure.
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other resources.
  • Draft and analyze legal documents with exceptional writing skills.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar (active and in good standing).
  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database entry.
  • Strong research skills using Westlaw.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar (required).

Skills:

  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and writing abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal database entry.
  • Advanced legal research skills, particularly using Westlaw.
