Duties:

• Manage individual caseload with guidance from partners.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums.

• Conduct and defend depositions; attend inspections.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and consultants.
• Participate in trial preparation and represent clients in trial proceedings.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in auto liability or premises liability defense.
• Knowledge of auto negligence and no-fault cases is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active New York Bar License.
