Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, custody, spousal support, and property division
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
  • Draft and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
  • Prepare for and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Manage a caseload and meet deadlines effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a family law attorney
  • Strong litigation and courtroom experience
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload effectively

  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to providing excellent service

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado
