• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, demands, and reports, ensuring they align with defense strategies.
• Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, coordinating logistics and legal preparation.
• Attend court hearings, conferences, and depositions, representing clients when required.
• Provide regular updates and case analyses to senior attorneys and clients.
• Ensure accurate and organized documentation of case progress and developments.
• Maintain close coordination with support staff to ensure effective case management and strategy implementation.
