Duties

• Represent clients in intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, and copyright litigation.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop and execute strategic approaches for complex cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Engage in discovery processes, including managing document reviews, depositions, and expert witness preparation.
• Present oral arguments and negotiate settlements as necessary.
• Maintain a client-focused approach to delivering high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Federal judicial clerkship experience (preferred).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent academic credentials are essential.

Certifications
