Duties:

  • Conduct due diligence and legal research to support real estate transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
  • Excellent academic record from law school.
  • Superior legal writing and drafting skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for real estate law and a proactive approach to legal issues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials are required.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Arizona State Bar.
