Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney

A law firm located in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience and demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law. The successful candidate must possess an excellent academic record from law school, along with superior legal writing and drafting skills.

Duties:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, purchase agreements, leases, and other related documents.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research to support real estate transactions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, real estate professionals, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions and resolve legal issues.
• Provide expert legal advice and strategic guidance on real estate matters, including risk management and transaction structuring.
• Assist in the preparation and review of legal opinions, closing documents, and other transaction-related materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in real estate law.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant transactional real estate experience.
• Excellent academic record from law school.
• Superior legal writing and drafting skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials are required.

Certifications:
