  • Oversee and manage a docket of 45-65 personal injury cases, including commercial and non-commercial matters.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and provide strategic case analysis.

  • Draft and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and discovery requests.

  • Engage in settlement negotiations and advocate for clients in mediation and court proceedings.

  • Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.

  • Work closely with dedicated legal staff to ensure efficient case management.

  • Maintain strong client communication and provide updates on case progress.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to handle personal injury cases from intake to resolution.

  • Strong litigation and trial preparation skills.

  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
