  • Draft a wide range of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
  • Offer guidance on tax implications and strategies related to trusts and estates.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop customized estate plans that align with the client's financial goals.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to trusts and estates and ensure clients' plans remain in compliance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in trusts and estates.
  • Strong academic credentials with a law degree from a recognized institution.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California is required.
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Preference for candidates with large firm experience.
  • An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar of California.
