Duties:

• Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes and real estate transactions.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategies and workflow management.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective case resolution.
• Provide thorough legal analysis and advocacy to support litigation efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently while handling multiple cases.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to plan and manage time with multiple direct reports.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Colorado State Bar.

Skills:
