Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload of complex business disputes, including legal research, drafting motions, and preparing briefs.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Manage complex e-discovery and assist in the preparation of deposition outlines and exhibits.
• Conduct thorough fact investigation and development to support case strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to devise effective legal strategies and solutions.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and actively engage in expanding the firm’s client base.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business litigation or complex disputes.
• Federal clerkship or experience at a major law firm is required.
• Strong experience with depositions, court appearances, and managing discovery processes.
• Proven ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with a high level of detail and clarity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to present complex issues effectively.

Education:
