This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience who is eager to expand their skills and take on greater responsibilities. Duties:

• Manage litigation matters from inception to conclusion.
• Draft and review court filings, motions, and legal briefs.
• Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Collaborate with clients and co-counsel on legal strategies.
• Provide expert legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Handle discovery processes and manage case documents.
• Assist in trial preparation and strategy development.
• Participate in the firm’s business development efforts and client relations.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal work.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Class action or complex litigation experience is a plus. 

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in Minnesota or eligibility for reciprocity.

Skills:

• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Experience in managing litigation matters and case strategy.
• Strong courtroom presence and trial experience.
• Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
