Job Overview: A law firm based in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate Attorney with 6-8 years of mergers and acquisitions experience. Requirements:

• Experience in leading drafting and negotiation of legal documents.
• Prior experience supervising junior associates.
• High degree of maturity and business sense.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar or eligibility for admission through reciprocity.
