SSD Hearing Attorney

Job Overview: A distinguished law firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated Social Security Disability (SSD) Hearing Attorney to join its team. Location:

Duties:

• Conduct case evaluations and develop legal strategies for Social Security Disability claims.
• Assist clients in gathering and organizing necessary documentation and evidence for their claims.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including SSD applications, appeals, and briefs.
• Represent clients during hearings before the Social Security Administration.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and legal guidance throughout the SSD process.

Requirements:

• Strong commitment to advocating for clients in Social Security Disability matters.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
