Job Overview:
A law firm seeks an experienced and highly motivated Of Counsel Attorney to provide expert legal guidance, manage litigation, and advise executives on a range of legal matters. Duties:

• Oversee and manage litigation cases

• Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and monitor regulatory adherence

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage complex legal cases effectively

• Experience handling negotiations and legal communications with external entities

• Strong work ethic and high level of professionalism

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado
