This firm is dedicated to expanding its national family-based immigration services and is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) attorney with experience in EOIR court. The ideal candidate will be eager to contribute to a collaborative environment and assist clients in navigating the complexities of immigration law while working remotely.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in Immigration Court, including travel when required (expenses covered and travel bonuses provided).
  • Manage and organize case files efficiently while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing prompt and effective legal assistance.
  • Handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
  • Work independently as a self-starter while being part of a national immigration team.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other necessary technology for managing cases remotely.

Requirements:

  • EOIR registration is required.
  • 2-3 years of Immigration experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong experience in family-based immigration law and courtroom settings.
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain organization in a remote environment.
  • Effective communication and client management skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in immigration law and courtroom practice.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote work technology.
