Duties

  • Oversee and manage the intake process for new clients in business law, probate, real estate, and general litigation matters.
  • Provide initial legal advice and recommendations to potential clients.
  • Ensure that all necessary client information is collected, processed, and documented accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with other legal teams to ensure seamless transitions from intake to case management.
  • Address client inquiries, troubleshoot concerns, and resolve any issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Assist with client intake documentation, ensuring compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
  • Work alongside management to help develop and implement staff training.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements for the intake system.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in business law, probate, real estate law, or general litigation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of client intakes and documentation efficiently.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
