Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

A law firm in Tulsa is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. The attorney will be responsible for managing personal injury caseloads, interacting with insurance companies, drafting legal documents, and maintaining client relationships.

Job Duties:

• Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.
• Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
• Communicate and maintain positive client relationships throughout the legal process.
• Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents as necessary.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards in all prepared documents.
• Excel in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Provide responsive and compassionate client service, committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
• Utilize Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.) proficiently and demonstrate tech-savviness in legal applications.
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

• Active Bar license in Oklahoma.
• Minimum 1+ years of civil practice experience, preferably in personal injury law.
