Duties:

• Offer legal advice and guidance on immigration-related issues.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case development.
• Prepare and draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and other essential legal documents.
• Represent clients in immigration court and during various proceedings.
• Conduct consultations to assess clients' cases and provide counsel on immigration matters.
• Review, evaluate, and analyze legal documents and case files for accuracy and thoroughness.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in handling removal defense cases.

Education:

• J.D. degree from a recognized, accredited law institution.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar Association, in good standing.

Skills:

• Proficient in legal research tools, including LexisNexis and Westlaw.
