A law firm seeks a knowledgeable Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney for its Salt Lake City, UT office. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with skilled legal professionals on intricate patent and trademark litigation across federal courts nationwide and potentially before the PTAB. The attorney will engage in all phases of high-level litigation, enhancing their practice and building significant case experience.

Duties

• Conduct and oversee written discovery procedures.
• Draft and submit detailed legal briefs and filings.
• Prepare and execute depositions.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and provide strategic direction.
• Lead and support comprehensive trial preparations.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years experience handling intellectual property litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication capabilities.
• Eligibility for bar admission in Utah or the ability to obtain it.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited ABA law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed or qualified for licensing in the state of Utah.
