Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, corporate, or transactional law.
  • Proven experience in representing landowners, developers, businesses, and individuals.

  • A proactive and results-driven approach to legal work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment while maintaining autonomy on individual cases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
