Duties

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored legal strategies.
• Exercise sound judgment in resolving complex legal issues while prioritizing client satisfaction.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
• Work alongside a team of attorneys and other professionals to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate, corporate, or transactional law.
• Proven experience in representing landowners, developers, businesses, and individuals.
• Strong client service orientation and the ability to handle sensitive and complex matters.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to legal work.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment while maintaining autonomy on individual cases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Colorado Bar or eligibility for admission to the Colorado Bar.
