A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Antitrust and Class Action Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Baltimore. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working on antitrust and class action defense litigation.

 

Job Overview:

  • Provide support in antitrust and class action defense litigation matters.
  • Utilize significant experience with Federal Court litigation (preferred).
  • Demonstrate excellent academic background and exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
  • Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to antitrust and class action defense litigation.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of discovery requests and responses.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy development.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other proceedings as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to clients and internal team members.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in good standing for the jurisdiction of practice.
  • 3-5 years of experience working on antitrust and class action defense litigation.
  • Strong understanding of Federal Court litigation procedures (preferred).
  • Exceptional academic background with a focus on litigation-related coursework.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of practice.
