A law firm in East Palo Alto, CA, is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Traditional Labor Associate Attorney with strong academic credentials and membership in the California State Bar. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of traditional labor law experience, including client counseling, research, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining, and representation before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board.

Job Details:

• Provide legal counsel to clients on labor relations and law matters.
• Conduct research and writing projects related to traditional labor law issues.
• Handle grievance arbitration proceedings and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Represent clients in matters before state agencies and the National Labor Relations Board.

Requirements:

• Membership in the California State Bar.

Education:
