Duties:

  • Handle securities litigation matters, including private securities class actions, derivative suits, and SEC investigations
  • Analyze complex legal issues and develop strategies for litigation
  • Communicate complex matters effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Work as part of a team, collaborating with other attorneys to achieve favorable client outcomes
  • Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality work product
  • Maintain client relationships and provide strategic advice

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in securities litigation, including handling private securities class actions, derivative suits, and SEC investigations
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to explain complex legal matters concisely
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Admitted to the state bar in which you are practicing or eligible for bar waiver
  • Strong commitment to client service and legal excellence

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in the state in which you are practicing or eligible to waive in
