  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of legal proceedings and case information.
  • Provide exceptional client service while upholding a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ensure accurate daily billing and maintain detailed records of work performed.

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of California.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to draft various legal documents effectively.
  • Excellent research and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools, particularly Lexis-Nexis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • California State Bar License (required).
