Duties:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
