A law firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Associate Attorney for their office in Tampa, FL.

Job Overview:

The Senior Corporate Associate Attorney will primarily focus on mergers and acquisitions, leveraging their 6-8 years of experience in the field. They will lead the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, manage deal processes and client relationships, supervise junior associates, and handle day-to-day demands on various mergers and acquisitions matters.

Duties:

• Lead the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents related to mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage deal processes and client relationships effectively.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates.
• Handle day-to-day demands on a variety of mergers and acquisitions related matters.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of mergers and acquisitions experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High degree of maturity and business sense.
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
• Experience in a large regional, national, or international law firm preferred.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar (or eligibility for admission via reciprocity).
