Duties:

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience practicing labor and employment law.
  • Proven track record in handling complex legal matters, including litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, both federal and state.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
