A law firm seeks a Worker's Compensation Associate Attorney for their Tampa, FL location. This position entails:

Job Overview:

  • Provide legal representation to clients in workers' compensation defense cases.
  • Handle various aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motions, and hearings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties.

Duties:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar.
