  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on case progress and strategic guidance.
  • Ensure timely and efficient case management, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Report on case status periodically to firm leadership.
  • Contribute ideas for case management improvements and firm growth.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury or medical malpractice law (either on the plaintiff or defense side).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • High commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and excellence.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
