Lateral Partner

A law firm in Mandeville, LA, is seeking a Lateral Partner with experience in insurance defense, premise liability defense, and product liability defense. The ideal candidate should possess a Portable Book of Business.

Duties:

• Utilizing expertise in insurance defense, premise liability defense, and product liability defense.
• Bringing in and maintaining a Portable Book of Business.
• Collaborating with other partners and associates on legal matters.
• Providing legal guidance and strategic advice to clients.
• Overseeing and managing cases from inception to resolution.
• Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Networking and building relationships with potential clients and industry contacts.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in Louisiana.
• Proven experience and expertise in insurance defense, premise liability defense, and product liability defense.
• Established Portable Book of Business.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
