Duties:

  • Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws, statutes, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in litigation and case management.

  • Ability to represent clients confidently in legal settings.
  • Experience with legal research tools such as Westlaw (preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the NJ State Bar.
