Duties

• Lead and manage a team of litigation attorneys

• Provide strategic guidance on pleadings, discovery, and depositions

• Oversee case development and trial preparation

• Utilize advanced legal software for case management

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and firm standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of trial experience (personal injury preferred)

• Proven experience managing trial lawyers and litigation teams

• Strong leadership and team management skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Texas Bar
