A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking a Finance Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The ideal candidate must have experience in syndicated lending, secured transactions, and other commercial finance transactions, including private equity sponsored and non-sponsored asset-based and cash flow credit facilities. Experience with capital markets debt transactions, including 144A bond offerings, is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent credentials are highly desired.

 

Duties:

  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents related to syndicated lending, secured transactions, and commercial finance transactions.
  • Negotiating and drafting loan agreements, security agreements, and other finance-related documents.
  • Advising clients on legal matters related to financing transactions.
  • Assisting with due diligence reviews for finance transactions.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff on finance-related matters.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in finance law, preferably with a focus on syndicated lending and secured transactions.
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • Strong academic credentials.

 

Education:
