Job Overview: As a Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney, you will provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, and general corporate matters. You will collaborate with clients and firm professionals to deliver high-quality legal services.

Duties:

  • Advise private equity firms and portfolio companies on complex transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and financing documents.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments.
  • Provide legal opinions and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
