Duties:

• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents on behalf of clients, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes
• Represent clients in court appearances and hearings
• Conduct depositions and witness examinations
• Perform in-depth legal research to support case strategies and decision-making

Requirements:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial or insurance defense preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience in drafting legal documents and conducting depositions
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar; admission to the New York Bar (or pending) is a plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team-oriented environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required)
• Admission to the New York Bar (preferred)
