Job Overview:

Duties:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate law, M&A, fund formation, finance, or securities
  • Strong understanding of corporate and securities regulations
  • Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex transactional documents
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Admission to practice law

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to practice law in Florida

Skills:

  • Expertise in corporate law, M&A, fund formation, finance, and securities
  • Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and research skills
