Location:

Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of patent litigation cases, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate phases.

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

  • Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and technical experts to develop case strategies.

  • Represent clients in federal courts and before administrative agencies.

  • Manage discovery processes, including depositions and document review.

  • Provide legal analysis on complex IP issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent litigation.

  • Strong understanding of intellectual property law.

  • Experience managing complex litigation cases.

  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

  • Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

  • Admission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong technical background with an undergraduate or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, physics, or a related field.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to provide strategic legal advice and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
