Job Overview:
A well-established law firm located in Denver, CO, seeks an experienced Advocacy Associate Attorney to join their litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in complex business litigation, including areas such as natural resources, real property, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes. Duties:

• Lead and support litigation efforts in complex business cases, with a focus on natural resources, real property, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes.
• Manage all stages of litigation, including discovery, motions practice, depositions, and case management.
• Provide superior client service by maintaining regular communication and providing strategic advice.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and other team members to strategize case approaches and solutions.
• Participate in legal research and analysis to support case development.

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on business, commercial, or complex litigation.
• Proven experience in discovery, motions practice, and depositions.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality legal services and advice to clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Colorado Bar license preferred.

Skills:
