The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, managing client cases, drafting legal documents, and providing comprehensive legal support through various phases of litigation.

Duties:

  • Litigate arbitration-level personal injury cases from initiation through award.
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and preliminary orders.
  • Conduct depositions and examinations of witnesses.
  • Complete discovery processes, including preparing and reviewing documents.
  • Represent clients with proactive and strategic legal counsel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Proven experience handling arbitration cases.
