Duties

  • Handle pre-litigation employment matters, including investigations and client counseling.
  • Manage high-profile single-plaintiff employment cases.
  • Work on systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions.
  • Represent clients in Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) actions.
  • Respond to administrative charges and regulatory inquiries.
  • Provide legal advice on a wide variety of employment issues.
  • Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend mediations.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver practical and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of litigation experience in employment law at a reputable law firm.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client-focused approach.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong academic credentials preferred.
