• Collaborate closely with paralegals and staff for case preparation.
• Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring high-quality work.
• Represent clients in immigration, criminal defense, and select family law cases.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Litigation experience in immigration and/or criminal defense is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Florida State Bar.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and legal drafting skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases effectively.
• Experience in immigration law and/or criminal defense.
