Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience to join its dynamic litigation team. Duties:

• Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Supervise junior associates and collaborate with them on case-related tasks.
• Work closely with experts in various fields to develop case strategies.
• Assist in fact development and conduct depositions as necessary.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Participate in developing overall case strategy.
• Adhere to firm policies and practices, ensuring quality work product and meeting deadlines.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities typical in a legal setting, including computer work, digital/virtual calls, and meetings.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Delaware.
• 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
• Experience in product liability and complex commercial litigation.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry and related clients.
